Hi, The shank on the female adapter was not long enough to make contact in the socket. As the jack is made with soft plastic I was able to trim 4 mm of the shoulder to extend the shank. Everything working fine now. Just thought you would like to know.

Advert has a revitive label which isn’t on the lead received so I doubt it’s genuine. Additionally lead received doesn’t fit, despite ad saying it’s suitable for my revitive. Seller doesn’t allow returns so I’ve wasted my money. Purchased now direct from revitive which is actually cheaper than I paid from this seller. Avoid.

They are genuine cables buyer bought male cable when female was needed I do accept returns buyer just needed to contact me but didn’t & id of swapped it
