Bought and paid on 9 November 2023, there's NO UPDATE AT ALL till I sent message on 16 November 2023. Turned out 1 item is out of stock and I agreed to get that refunded so that the rest could be shipped and they confirmed. Till yesterday 20 Nov 2023 no update again till I raise request for eBay to intervene and they just responded to ship it. It seems digiDirect on eBay has same selling pattern as digiDirect online: sell now and check stock later. I am super disappointed.
