Item purchased on the 22nd of JAN, which is 3+ week delivery time, while the Item is advertised "in Stock". Shiva Heating Outlet did not payed for the delivery, I have had to pay for it to receive the item ASAP. Description inaccurate second time, would not recommend to a friend. Communication with seller is intermittent on their side.

we asked buyer to send us Royal Mail card and we will short it out the same day , but buye didn't send a Royal Mail card and asking a replacement and refund. trying to get free stuff from ebay which is not acceptable
