The headphones are not what they are advertised to be. There is no Active Noise Canceling and the sound is extremely sub standard. I don’t know what is going on here. They look right but are not beats. Refund, explanation or new set that works properly please.

First of all I asked before they were shipped if they were counterfeit, and they said they weren’t, test no serial number on right ear like it’s supposed to have. They will not even hold a charge, it stays at 0%. Tried to tell seller, they didn’t communicate back…There went one of my child’s Christmas presents
