      ONCE i took it to 3 stores for 3 Weeks, & spent 30 hrs of labor on & off line!! we got them to work!!, the manual is krapola, & the Online support & phone number DONT WORK!! they have to be SET, to device!. wifi or not. The SET trick, is the tiniest button on Front Bottom RIGHT SIDE!! keeeeeep pressing it, until you get a flashing lite!then follow menu on screen.
