Ich hatte einige Probleme mit dem Licht, es funktionierte teilweise, aber der Verkäufer ist sehr professionell und hat dieses Problem gelöst. Ich werde in Kontakt bleiben und wieder kaufen.

Es tut uns leid, dass Sie erst nach 6 Wochen gemerkt haben, dass der Artikel augenscheinlich nicht funktionsfähig ist. Es gibt eine Rückgabefrist von 30 Tagen, bis dahin sollte jeder Käufer seine erhaltene Ware geprüft haben. Aufgrund der abgelaufenen Rückgabefrist waren wir leider nicht in der Lage den Artikel zurückzunehmen zumal wir nicht wissen was in der Zwischenzeit mit diesem passiert ist.
