What you think you are getting is not what you are buying! These pads are not from Neutrogena! The pictured pads on the right is a real Neutrogena pad, the one on the left is a flat piece of cotton!

The pad on the right is the microdermabrasion pad from neutrogena , the pad on the left is the wave pad version from neutrogena - Yes they are 2 different pads from Neutrogena.
You can buy the microdermabrasion pad for $ 154.00 for 24 pads on ebay/ or you can buy 14 pads from me for $4.49. You decide what's better for you and the answer seems to be obvious... Neutrogena created more than 3 models of pads. Do the reserarch. And then you can make the right purchase for you.
