Item just as described and ended up working fine, but at first it caused my service provider voicemail to screw up. I tried my provider and they reset he system but the same thing happened again. I contacted Vtech support, but their auto AI tech support said this was an old model and only had basic support now. I tried again the following day, and all was well. Seems the unit needs some time to integrate with my system. Works fine now. Great delivery.
