Z informacji uzyskanej w urzędzie pocztowym wynika że naliczono opłatę celną w wysokości 52 zł i dodatkową opłatę pocztową 8.50 zł . Z pewnością ni jest to wina sprzedawcy lecz urzędów . Polecam sprzedawcę .

Both Cyprus and Poland are members of the European Union which means freedom of goods without customs taxes. This is clearly a mistake from the Polish Post Office Customs Officer and you should definitely claim back this amount from them. I have already reported this incidence to my Postal Master and the Cyprus Post Office has already send an email to their Polish counterparts requesting an explanation. I am sorry this happened to you. Next time you need something I will give you a discount :)
