Capacitors look exactly as advertised, but I had to knock a star off of the shipping because one of the capacitors developed a small leak and the dielectric oil came out a bit. This is likely due to being jostled around in transit. Unfortunately, that dielectric oil is called a PCB oil and is quite toxic. In the end, this is the risk you take when buying vintage oil capacitors and it's impossible to say if better packaging would have mitigated this damage. Still, very happy with what I got!
