    Slow shipping

    The product is exactly as described with a very good expiration date.. I do recommend the product; it is a good value but available elsewhere for about the same price; the quality is good because the maker (Life Extension) makes good products. Shipping took 16 days with no explanation as to why it took so long. So - that is why I am only rating them 4 stars.

    Not a COVID brain fog cure.

    COVID left me with brain fog. A friend recommended this supplement as an aid to cognitive function. Can't say what else it might possibly do, but it is not a cure for brain fog. To be completely fair, I stayed with it for 2 months. That seemed plenty log for it to make a noticeable difference. And it did not.

    Awesome

    I have had really bad anxiety and muscle twitches for the last year. Blood work was good. Doctor wanted to put me on lexapro :( I decided to try this. I have been on it 12 days. Blood sugar dropped from 100 to 86 fasting and I have had no anxiety so far. I feel really good. Its only been 2 weeks, but we will see what happens!

    More bang for the buck

    There are other products that weigh about half the amount in this product that cost about the same. Since shipping is free, this product is clearly the best one for the money. The quality seems excellent. Since magnesium threonate is more expensive than other forms of magnesium but is much better absorbed, crosses the blood brain barrier, and does not cause diarrhea, it is important to make it affordable.
