I am very pleased with the laptop and its performance. The tablet mode also works very well. The one problem I have is with the pen which is currently not working. I contacted the seller and he has sent me another pen free of charge. Hopefully this will correct the issue.

Fast shipping and product arrived earlier than expected. The item was not exactly as described (Monitor has dead pixels). However, I contacted the seller regarding this issue and was offered a choice of a full refund/return or a partial refund off the purchase price. I chose the later and the partial refund was promptly issued. The customer service was very responsive and offered a fair resolution to the problem.
