Absolutely appalling. Was terribly packaged, no bubble wrap, no wrapping, no nothing. It arrived broken in pieces. They refunded me but really, should not have happened, they literally put it into a small parcel sleeve, should have been correctly bubble wrapped for postage. Do not buy from them, they obviously don’t care, and just want your money. I’d give a zero rating if I could.

Item sent quickly. Great seller but the tester is not so good. The voice feature of the VC1019 is actually a voice, not just a sound indication as I thought. The voice makes this useless, as the voice interrupts the beep sound and visual indication while it is talking. Shame, as it would otherwise have been a good cheap NCV tester. The voice function makes it unusable. It's absolutely inconceivable that the manufacturer couldn't see this. Big thumbs down for the Aneg VC1019. A steaming POS!
