Item pictured and listed in the auction was not the product that shipped. It was a controller that was obsolete and couldn't communicate to the controller. Better pictures, not re-used from other auctions would avoid this. Being able to effectively answer questions would have prevented this. Didn't have an issue with return process with international shipping.
