A bit of a snag with delivery (I asked for authority to leave but this detail got missed so I had to pick up from the Post Office), but otherwise received fine. Customer service was polite and prompt in response. The description is a bit misleading (they are described as “ice silk”, but the material is a mesh fabric), though they are decently padded and a good size. A lack of instructions with the order is a bit of a letdown. Overall not bad for price, but there is room for improvement.
