After the transaction completed and paid for, seller told me that the shipping cost was higher and made me pay the difference. After 20 years on ebay, this was the first time someone asked me to pay higher shipping cost than advertised on the item. I paid the new, higher shipping cost to later learn that seller said he cannot ship to my address because seller blamed USPS for weird reason. Basically I just don't trust this seller. Too many changes/lies and not as advertised.

Twice I tried to mail your package. I let you know that after the post office scanned your package, they refused it because there was something wrong with your address. I texted you to let you know and tried again and it was refused for the second time. You told me to just forget it so I cancelled your order.
