I am a salt addict; I've been a vegetarian for 50 years, the choice has been moderate or maximum vegetable intake, I've always chosen maximum, which means maximum salt and soy sauce, I eat a lot of of fruit and drink a lot of juice, so I think I get away with a lot of salt. God willing. This means I need to eat the best quality salt available; I think this is it, although I've had better.
