No protective packing. 1 switch smashed and another crushed. Represents 50% of my purchase. Seller offers 30% refund!!!!! How insulting. Compounds by calling me 'friend' and using american banalities as : 'Have a nice day'. Finally agrees 50% then prevaricates until I open a dispute. Oh and "Don't leave negative feedback"??????????
