I bought this phone as it was advertised as factory unlocked and I was going to flash a different rom to the phone. Unfortunately, the bootloader is locked and "oem unlocking" option is greyed out. - This would indicate that though the phone is carrier unlocked, it is not factory unlocked. I informed the seller of this but he made no attempt to resolve the issue. Other than this, it is an excellent product with very quick delivery time.
