**BUYER BEWARE" !! "False Advertising"!! Item description stated NEW
This is the Item description. "New: A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging.
But in fact the item was open used and broken. No Return! No Refund! After several communications with the seller, they said they would provide a partial refund and even went as far as to agree upon a price. BUT they never sent any refund and I think it was just a stall tactic.
