These are high strength industrial ties - not toy shop quality like other ebay sellers, which means they are strong with deep ribs, thus you need a bit of force to release them.

These may be "high strength", But I Wanted the Ones pictured in your listing, the ones....I quote "remains securely locked until intentionally released by operating the FINGER CATCH" (Not a screwdriver)
If I wanted the ones you sent, I would of soured them out and purchased some.
I suggest you update your pictures ad stop deceiving people.

Ordered 1.8kg pouch and received the 1kg pouch. Contacted seller and allowed more than enough time for them to reply and put forward some sort of remedy. Haven't received any correspondence in 4 weeks.

This was a genuine mistake, the email was missed. we contacted the customer and sent them the correct size and they kept the 1kg pouch too, we are sorry the error.
