This item took 2 weeks to arrive. I highly doubt that it was located in NSW as advertised, but rather sent from china and then forwarded. I needed it quickly and deliberately purchased from this seller it was assured to be Australian stock. Seller communication was poor. It took 48+ hours to reply to a query about eta of the item. The opcom unit itself connects to some parts of the car but not others so ultimately was useless for what I needed it for.

Item works well - communication was good - delivery time was as stated.
The description/advertisement mentions that the button style battery is included in the package & it was not.
When this was mentioned to the supplier, they were happy that I received the item, but did not offer to send a battery or offer any sort of refund.
Therefore, at additional cost, I had to go & purchase a battery before I could use the item to verify that it worked.
Not the best customer service.
