The phone is fake, no 4G, no 4GB memory only 1MB memory (literally full after 20seconds recording), fake software and useless settings (settings are not going to save if i press save, they go back to default), everything is horrible and also no refunds no intending in solving the problem from the seller, nothing to be done, I spent money on a purchase and delivery for literally nothing on an international platform that also won't take any actions against sellers like this or in helping customers

Not as described. Item is listed as: "unlocked and free from factory lock status, which means you can use it on any network." This is not true, it does not work in Australia, even though on the Nokia website it says this phone should accept the bands of my sim network (Optus Network). Requesting a full refund. It also isn't specified that this phone does not have google assistant, wifi, hotspot, whatsapp, and other features, which are advertised elsewhere as essential features of the Nokia 2720.
