    The quality is good. Appearance and value is good but it does absolutely nothing for your neck. It is as hard as a rock. I was determined to sleep on it for a whole night to give it a good chance and I lasted till about 4am and couldn't stand it a minute longer. It is terrible. Don't waste your money on it, it is a gimmick.

    I've noticed my neck has been less tight/sore in the mornings since using this pillow. I'm not waking up with headaches so often. I got the larger size and it is still a smallish pillow just FYI.

    Be aware - the king size pillows are of good quality but fit loosely in standard size pillow cases as they are only standard size. Many sellers on eBay are selling these pillows advertised as king size when they are not! I'd hate to think how small their standard size pillows are :-D
