to my knowledge the item was never shipped. a label was printed for the item but the USPS never scanned the item . seller told me he was very late shipping it for personal reasons then said it was indeed shipped. USPS says otherwise. ebay refunded the item. make of this review what you need to. however, knowing how the USPS works with scans, this label was never scanned and likely never made it to the post office in the first place.
