Item was sent 7 days after payment, no reply to message, box was opened and taped, cartridge was not in sealed bag as it should for a new cartridge, the label on cartridge says TN-255 instead of TN-251, you just can't tell if it's a remanufactured cartridge or not, which costs a lot less. I cannot trust that it is new and genuine based on these facts.

Harmony remotes easy to program and use

Really poor effort Logitech
I have used several Logitech Harmony remotes over the years and they have been good. This one is terrible! I don't know if it is this model, or they just produce poor quality now days. The buttons need to be pushed much more firmly than any other I have used. The programming software has lost functionality and the macro function is not configurable. Terrible!

Just Perfect
The Harmony remotes are the only ones that can work my obscure brand of tv. I have tried many imitators but none have been able to work except the Harmony range. This model is my preferred model due to the size and layout of the featured buttons. It is easy to switch between devices and is so easy to use even my 7 year old son can work it without assistance.

A brilliant device to have in your home.
This is the second Logitech remote control that we have owned. The first one lasted around 5 years and due to our neglect, it went to heaven. This new one while an excellent device wasn't as easy to program, but that was fixed for us - online by Logitech. I recommend this brand and I can say with confidence that the support service from Logitech is excellent and prompt.

Easy to use
The Harmony 350 Universal Remote was easy to program & connect with my Set top box. I was able to follow the instructions easily, and could find any extra information easily on Google. It was handy to be able to reprogram one of the buttons to match a specific function on my device. I would recommend this product.
