The positive - the postage was super quick it arrived in time for Xmas which was great. The negative - the package was squashed, the product was faulty it didn’t crawl which is the main function, and it wasn’t advised on the item that the toy sings the alphabet in Chinese, I ended up getting a refund which was appreciated.
