WARNING: Incomplete screw kit! Item description implies "screw kit" is complete, & will include all screws, but mine only included (1) of 6 necessary hinge screws that attach to the upper LCD assembly. Seller divulged by email, his kits only include the lower half of the laptop (keyboard assembly / palm rest, MLB and back cover). If that's true, why did mine include (1) of the needed screws? Seller tried to make it right by sending a non-compatible kit for another laptop, complete waste of time.

The item I received was bent a little. Caused a short on a capacitor on the motherboard of my laptop, but everything still works, so I'm fine. The listing said "gently" removed and "VERY GOOD working condition", but I had to bend it a bit to fit my laptop. Anyway, the item works just fine and I am satisfied. Hope the seller checks all items carefully and the handlers handle the item carefully. Could've well been mishandled and bent during the packing process.

Even though the package delivery was delayed & the item was damaged by UPS, the seller did their part by packing the item very well & getting it to the shipper very quickly. Unfortunately UPS failed on this one, delivery was delayed 2 days & the screen was damaged & unusable. But I won't hold that against the seller, they did everything right, including a prompt refund. Great seller! I would definitely buy from them again.
