They offered me a discount on the other parts of the set as well. I didn't need them, but I appreciated the offer nonetheless. Communication was very good, and the locomotive and tender were shipped promptly. Small issue with the wheel bearing being displaced, making the wheel unstable, but it was an easy repair that cost nothing, so I'm not too concerned.
