Seller could have been a lot more descriptive regarding the functionality of this item, listed “used with wear” and arrived with sound distortion/crackling (in my opinion). A positive on part of seller is that they approved my return request quickly, I guess if it seems to good to be true it definitely is but I appreciate the full return
