Seller was extremely difficult to work with he sent me a damaged laptop which the photos in his description didn’t have and tried saying that the laptop got damaged on the way but the laptop had so many layers of bubble rap I didn’t think it was possible so I sent him pictures of the damage and he said the pictures I sent him was not the same laptop.. at that point I knew he was lying and tried pulling a fast one don’t buy from him he just a scammer… also he refused the return..

We have one of the highest ratings for "items arrive as described" and many say even better. Anyone looking can see that for themselves. Unfortunately this buyer chose to send us pictures of a completely different laptop that had damage to it. We have clear video and pictures showing no damage prior to shipping He states it was very well packaged and not damaged. We accepted the return days ago and he has yet to send it back. We're happy to refund if we get the exact laptop back.
