Item said "NEW" in discription. Received with large hole at bottom, string pulls and piling on tapestry, definitely NOT A NEW ITEM. Contacted seller, who still claimed he shipped a NEW item. I sent him pictures of what i received, and he still claimed it was new! Seller said if i mailed it back to him he would send me a refund by "personal check" or through Venmo....would not refund my purchase through Ebay or Paypal. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS SELLER!!!

After having to send numerous reminders to pay i finally sent do i need to relist message and she paid. Long story short many longwinded messages from buyer i sent a message that if she was unhappy with purchase, obviously she was if she would return i would refund her money. Even though it clearly states on my sales page no returns. Basically what i get from this situation she wanted to argue. i clearly stated in messaging i was more than willing to try to make her happy.
