I ordered this item pack of 25 but got only 20 the postage cost was $15. but was in tiny little bag which could have been placed in a $1.50 envelope they asked for a photo I have send 4 they answer the email with the photo but say they didn't get the photo. now how can that be??? now they won't answer at all. and refuse to send the rest of the item
