My item was packed with care including bubble wrap and scrunched up paper above and below for protection, Unfortunately the mail carrier must have really mishandled the figurine. It was broken into 6 pieces. I sent pictures and the seller promptly refunded my money. Looking at the garden figurine, it was clearly in beautiful condition as described - before the mail system abuse.
