I purchased the ring from the time it arrived it was wrapped in ring box and put under my Christmas tree He wore the ring Christmas day at some point we noticed a diamond missing I realize the ring is used but however it's not right that he barely wore it and a diamond falls out the other 2 diamonds could be loose also ? How ever I contacted the seller on the 26th nothing done. she said she was contacting ebay and I never heard back ?? What can be done at this point? I'm a loyal shopper .

First you said .. they did not wear it at all .. then you said it was only worn a short time .. its you had the item for weeks before you mentioned anything I have no way of knowing if it was not worn for weeks before you claim it was damaged, plus it was not damaged when it arrived .. I did report it plus speak with Ebay on the phone about all this and would gladly provide you the case Ref. #
