I collected the item today from a parcel point collection point which I was unaware I directed it there. There was no communication from the seller from the time of order and no notification item was shipped or delivered. I had to enquire whether the item was shipped and they told me it was left at my front door & I should check with family members. They finally confirmed it was delivered to a parcel point but only after I said I would report this to eBay. Very poor customer service.
