Seller is supposed to be in Ballina NSW & is only 350 klms from where I live but item actually took 16 days to arrive. The postage paid was supposed to be Aust Post but was actually sent by Aramax. Seller responded to 2 of my email requests for information about when I would receive the item. Not as described, item has an electric plug to be able to use the product was sent with a travel adaptor & simply unable to use without it.
