Two out of six Ramekins were broken during shipping. I sent photos to the supplier with an explanation. After some hassle, the supplier offered to pay $7.50 as compensation. After all the hassle and asking $5 for each broken Ramekin, which is what I paid in the first instance,, I reluctantly agreed to the $7.50 offer and to modify my original feedback.
