NOT “new” as described & shipping delayed. The stand & spigot was rusted, chipped paint & fittings leaked due to hole not properly installed. poor workmanship & clear indication to offer us refund - yet seller tried to give only partial refund, then attempted to make us feel bad about asking for refund, claiming we should pay because they are small business. They wanted us to pay to ship it back (sellers are responsible for paid labels to return) & then refund costs. eBay had to help resolve!
