Don't waste your time with this seller. Bought 2 filters that were listed as new, both were slit open at the bottom and had dust on the carbon filter. The seller kept changing their story the more we messaged back and forth, first it was 'I may have opened the box to inspect', then I sent pictures 'I definitely inspected and they were sealed', clearly they were not! You can see the dust in the open plastic. This is the exact kind of seller that ruins it for everyone else, zero accountability!

after over 2 weeks of receiving this item the buyer claims it was unsealed, used, and had dust rings. I explained to the buyer i opened the box to take pictures of the item but never unsealed or slit open the packaging and inspected it before listing and before shipping. The items look new still in a pictures the buyer keeps sending me claiming it has dust rings and is used. Instead of going back and forth with this buyer I advised I would follow any policies in order if they choose to return.
