K2 Pro Mech keyboard received was not as described, keyboard was a new "bare" keyboard without switches & keycaps. Communication with vendor to resolve situation was excellent, vendor promptly offered alternative options as well as a refund, matter was resolved. I received "due process" and made whole. I would certainly not hesitate to do future business with vendor.
