I'm disappointed with the stone mask I bought from the company. It arrived broken and poorly stitched due to improper packaging. Despite my prompt report, the customer service offered only a $10 refund. I requested a replacement, but it never arrived. Sadly a good seller let down by the delivery logistics. According to tracking, the item passed quickly through to the trip to Australia. Once landed and cleared through customs, according to tracking the item was handed over to the local courier. It went no further and the item was never delivered even after 3 weeks with the courier. The seller offered a replacement which would mean another long wait, so I asked for a refund which the seller organised.
