Advertised as CORDLESS heater which it WASN'T as when eventually arrived (ages after first ordering) had ELECTRICAL CORD not fit for purpose in UK and required adapter of some sort (which again not mentioned in original ad). When returning item - subsequently agreed that I would pay the additional £21.70 postage costs and they would reimburse me with both costs for the FALSELY ADVERTISED item PLUS POSTAGE COSTS. Then received refund for ITEM ONLY & NO POSTAGE COSTS. IGNORED MY MESSAGES
