I asked the seller: I purchased the 1970-S proof set from you on E-bay. The auction wording states "The set is ungraded and uncertified, but comes with all the original packaging and paperwork from the U.S. Mint". I only received the coins in the plastic holder with no "paper work" or outer "packaging" that they would have originally come from the US mint with. Please explain? He stated: "It is just a proof set without the cardboard. As shown in the photos.". I don't find that acceptable.

A great seller to do business with, would highly recommend to anyone! Fast response and great communication, and what a great job packaging fragile items. Thank you!!!!
