I ordered two garage door controllers on January 13th and only one showed up on January 17th. I contacted the seller that same day and the seller responded quickly saying the second controller was being sent out. I received the second controller on January 20th. Seller was very responsive to buyer's issues. Also, both controllers arrived in great shape and well protected in shipping packaging.
