One of the set was faulty, looks as though manufacturing fault. Contacted seller right away, happy with a replacement, radio silence. Never got a reply, so started the returns process. Even that wasn't straight forward as you had to find their specific centre (not auspost office) and their return delivery took 3x as long before my refund was issued.
