The item description clearly says “ink” pen.. Notified seller once received as the item was opened and packaging missing.. tHad brought as a Christmas gift and the pen had been used with marks on casing and parts missing. Contacted seller and all they would do was maybe refund the purchase once I had returned it.. all the inconvenience and cost on me… Buyer beware
