My phone arrived in two days, as advertised. If you didn't know this was a refurbished iPhone, it would pass as completely NEW. The screen and body are immaculate, and the battery life is 100% in relationship to a new battery. I spoke with BidAllies customer service at least three times, and they answered all of my questions and quelled any misgivings I had about purchasing a "refurbished iPhone". To top it all off, the phone carries a one year warranty. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
