    Dull Strings

    These strings were dull, and sounded compressed. They lasted half an hour before I went back to regular slinky strings. Another thing to note is that cobalt is a hard metal that will eat your frets.

    Ernie Ball Cobalt Slinky's are great

    These Ernie Ball Cobalt strings sound great on my electric guitars, the acoustic sound is even louder, clearer and richer. Be careful of cheap fakes though I only buy them through Scarett Music because I know that they supply authentic Ernie Ball strings
