The appropriate course of action would have been to send a message and wait for a response within reasonable time rather than give a negative review, considering that I am a private NOT a business seller. Beside this buyer made a misleading/incorrect/untrue/ degrading/harassing remark as to "lost the item elsewhere" as if I was an incompetent seller. For reference and context, I have not lost the item.
